( I am not a lawyer this is just an opinion ) I am sure you don't want to hear this but the time to dispute the OP is when it is on a temporary basis. That is the time to gain; police documents; get witness statements; private investigators; Phone records; E-mails; medical records; everything you can to prove you aren't a threat and fight the false allegations. Depending on what type of OP Family or criminal court. Anything can be appealed if you have the time and money. You have to gain all the information about the cause go through everything and then petition the court. Depending on your states court system procedures. They also take into accountability how many years it has been active without any issues. People move away change names die etc. Best thing is to get your records information; docket numbers and court minutes FYI these records are often destroyed after a certain matter of years depending on the severity of the case. ( always seek an attorney for legal advise )

Probably the only way that would happen is from a pardon from your Governor. Talk to a lawyer
