You can call the customer service number @ 1-800-542-3590. If you think the money order has been lost or stolen, you will have to go to their website @ www.moneygram.com . You can download a claim card on their website and print it out, but it will cost you a $12.00 processing fee and up to 30 days to process it. A claim card is REQUIRED to process a lost or stolen money order.
