Can you prove the snapshots are from your girlfriend's exes wife? Or is it just something to cause drama and gossip?

we have tried literally everything from court to childrens aid and the cops. nothing has been done and childrens aid has requested drug test from them and us which we provided instantly and they refused... nothing was done and file is now closed with childrens aid.. all we want is for whats best for her daughter and we cant seem to get anywhere .

You need to contact the local Child Protective Services . . . Maybe even anonymously. Let them swoop in to put the hammer down. Chances are before they remove your child they will look for other family members (YOU) willing to take the child . . . Hopefully your living situation can support this action or they will be awarded to the state until your ex cleans up her act.

Talk to a lawyer, and find out what you CAN do. Perhaps it's time to start thinking about taking steps to secure the safety of this child

Bikergirl, i am sorry to interrupt but i have a quick concern.....
Travis I dont know any cop who would tell a person who called the cops on them. That bit of info I think you are mistaken on. Only if you are arrested and in a trial do you get to know who your accuser is. Therefore I do not believe the cops told girlfriends ex or his wife that you guys called the cops on them.... it would just put the "caller" (in this case you) in harms way.

No problem .. your input is always welcome.. and you have a very valid point. The police are under strict restrictions in terms of devulging where they get tips from or names of those that Have reported a suspected crime.

Now I know there are "ways around it" so I am not saying the person is a fibber. LOL! We had the cops called on us one time "anonymously" and the officer was able to tell us what number the "anonymous" person called from.... which we recognized the number. My husband had a stalker at the time.
