What is one piece of advice you would give a car accident victim? My advice is if it's not an emergency always call the non-emergency police, make a report and take lots of pics.
Call for police, and an ambulance if needed. Get some pictures and if no one is seriously injured move the vehicles off the road as far as possible. Try to remain calm.
