I am filling out a job application and am asked "Have you ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor other than a traffic violation?" If I was convicted of a Class B Misdemeanor but went through a Plea In Abeyance must I answer yes?
Yes ... You were convicted. If and when you complete your plea in abeyance agreement and the charges are dismissed .. Then maybe you could say "no".
