The father of my unborn baby if questioning paternity. After she is born, would it look bad if I did not allow him visitation until after paternity is est?

If you are certain that he's the father, and if you intend to hold him accountable (as you probably should) then you need to allow him limited access -- particularly if you want a friendly relationship with him.

He will then not be in a position to tell a judge that he wanted access to his child, but you denied him.

You haven't given us much information but since it's no small thing to raise a baby on your own it would be best to seek legal advice so that you're covered in all eventualities.

If you know he is the babies father and he wants to visit her, why would you interfere with that?  That said you need to get the DNA tested right away and then go to court so they can assign his child support and visitation.

I have plenty of proof proving that he has abused prescription drugs, and have suicidal tendencies. Not to mention he has no experience what so ever on caring for a child. I absolutely 100% percent know that he is the father, he has never questioned the paternity until we broke up. Leading me to believe he simply wants to get out of paying child support.
