Applying for university through UCAS. I want to know if I have to tick the criminal conviction box if i have had a travel irregularity. Is a travel irregularity a criminal conviction that needs to be declared and does that box need to ticked? reply asap

Have you been convicted of a crime?

If so ... You would mark that box as "yes".

Otherwise ... You would leave it blank as "no".
Even if you were currently being charged with a crime, until you were actually convicted, you would leave the box as "no".
