A great place! A decent apartment for a married couple (two bedroom, medium kitchen, 1/1.5 bathrooms) will cost around $550-$800 depending on the area. $3000 will get you multiple rooms and baths and a great size kitchen. I'd even wager a nice house for rent. I wish I had 3k a month for rent!

i know that the people upstairs from my parents suite have 5 bedrooms and are paying 1,500 a month.. My parents suite is a 2 bedroom and they are paying 750. (that includes hydro/electricity)

i've seen 1 bedroom apartments for 800. i've seen 3 bedroom house suites for 1,000-1,300... ive seen 2 bedroom apartments for 900.

In my neck of the woods, you could get a 5 bedroom house in an upscale neighborhood. On the other side of the county you could get a three bedroom house a block off the beach or an upscale condo on the beach.

I'm struggling to find properties within that price range to be honest, $3000 is much higher that the average rental price around here. A nice 5-6 bedroom house in a good area would be entirely possible. Are you thinking of moving? :)

A great and large place. A decent place for married couple will be cost around 650 to 900$ depending on the location. I wish I had 3k a month for rent!

According to me, A 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in a nice neighborhood only goes for around $1,600 a month here. Now, about 45 minutes from here that could rent a decent home in an upscale city where most of our news anchors, radio hosts, and athletes live. I wish, I had 3k a month for rent.
