Well you wouldnt not necessarily. Unless of course illness entered the family and tests were done and then perhaps the medics may realise youb do not biologicaLLY BELONG TO YOUR PARENTS. OR YOU COULD POSSIBLY APPEAR SO WAY OUT DIFFERENT TO EITHER PARENT AND SIBLINGS THAT you MAY BEGIN TO WONDER. BUT EVEN THAT IS NOT NECESSARILY PROOF.
