I bought property from a man that had gave his sister lifetime rights, therefore these rights were assumed by me when I purchased property. When she dies will I get the property  or trailer on my property that is hers or can she leave it in a will to someone else?

Lady gives Life Time Rights to Son for home and property.  Lady dies, several years later the Son dies.  Lady's husband is deceased, other siblings in family were deceased prior to the Son's death.   The lady has numerous grandchildren, some are deceased with surviving children.  Three of the grandchildren are children of the Son who had the Life Time Rights.

Who does the property currently belong to?  How do you then dispose of the property?

Check with a lawyer and your state law regarding this matter for correct information. Do not rely on what others tell you because it may not necessarily be true or accurate. My father who recently passed away had his home transferred into another family's name. The reason for this was because if he became ill and could not take care of himself and had to go into a home they could not take the house to pay for his care while in a home. If he went into a home before the house was transferred over they could have. Someone has to pay for the bills if he is not able to. One way or another they are going to get paid. If any individual has property in their name they may be allowed to. Act on the situation now before it is to late.
