In the state I live in. We have child support online. I have access to when a payment is made and when it is sent to my account. I've never asked my ex if he has access to this but why shouldn't he. You just need to call the child support office and ask for your case # and pin.
No, you can't you have to go to the court house show your id and request info. Usually you have to pay for it too.
